      They claim I owe that amount but no I do not I paid with my master card happened August 2023 sent letter February 23 2024 I received it February 27 2024 no way is Lakeside going to let you not pay and send me purchases they will put on hold or not send it plus they'll contact my email even when they send it plus when it has arrived guess what they some how got to my email and erased it my purchases and my email I put it back on my phone everything is gone I talked to them on the phone they claim I still owe on there site they got rid of my purchase history I was with them for years I asked the lady how come if true how come it took from August to February to do a balance due letter no response this is the trend now lies and shady rip offs I apologize for claiming so much but if the companies claims false accusations I have to do my part in the letter they never said what the purchases are just the price I would not file if I really owe it's not right at all when they do me wrong the shopping experience will not exist money is money no matter the amount

      I ordered from The Lakeside Collection on April 5th 2023 and haven't received any of my order as of yet... They billed me $51.63 and it was taken out of my bank account.. Just recently I found out they filed Bankruptcy and they still took my money out of my account.. I would like my money back because I never received my order... This is my order # **********..       in reviewing my master card credit card records, i recently realized that i was charged $14.99 for supposed transaction with fresh finds advantage. i never heard of this firm and never agreed to pay them for anything. i plan on review earlier statements to see if there were additional ccharges

      February 9, 2022 Dear Sir or Ms.:I have found it necessary to contact the Better Business Bureau in regards to the company Fresh Finds refusal to remove my email from their solicitations. In November, when I initially clicked on the link to unsubscribe, the link took me to a page on the Fresh Finds web site, but there exists no option to unsubscribe. I have tried the link multiple times in the past 3 months, but nothing has changed.As you can see from the email records I have attached, I contacted them in November, again in December, January, and February. I have attached some of the responses that I have received from them as well. The representatives tell me that they removed my email addresswith the exception of the response that he or she emailed me to state they ironically could not locate my email addressbut I continue to receive emails from them at least 2-3 times weekly.Any help that you can provide in persuading Fresh Finds to remove my email and not to contact me any further would be appreciated.       I am rejecting this response because:

      First, there has been no action. As of yesterday, I still am receiving emails from Fresh Finds. The response from Fresh Finds is identical to the first one, which shows the lack of attention they give to any request.

      As mentioned in my previous rejection, I have been hearing the same promise from Fresh Finds since November; however, they have not followed through on removing my email address.  This is such a ridiculous matter. If you provide a link to unsubscribe, it should direct me to a page where I can unsubscribe. Since it is a false link, I contacted the company. Three times, to be exact. Still, they have not managed to remove my email address from their promotional emails.  I want NO contact from them whatsoever: no emails, no catalogues, no correspondence.

      When my email has been successfully removed and I no longer hear from Fresh Finds in any way, I will accept the resolution.  I am not letting Fresh Finds off the hook for promising the same promise I have heard too many times with no follow through.

      Fresh Finds refuses to award me a refund for a returned item (sofa cover). They acknowledge receipt of payment and verified returned item had made it to their warehouse, following their return policy and procedures. **************** reps claim any return amounting in excess of one hundred dollars must be processed through their ******************** My refund would be for $109.93 so every time I call and get to the point of transfer to their ************** the line goes dead and they cut me off.

      Dear Customer Relations Representative

      I am writing in regard to the refund from Fresh Finds that was promised me in a letter from your office dated Feb 9, 2022. You 
      had not heard back from me as to my satisfaction with the resolution
      of my complaint, because in the letter ***** (as the Fresh Finds
      representative) had said my refund had been issued but to wait 3
      to 5 business days for its receipt. As of today's date (Feb 23 2022), 
      I have not received said refund. As a result, I do not consider this
      complaint closed as of today's date.

      My original payment was via personal check, which is the method by
      which Fresh Finds wrote it would be sent to me.

      I would indeed like to reopen my complaint, originally ID #********.

      You have the history of my complaint in your files, but basically I am owed a
      refund from Fresh Finds, a catalogue company, in the amount of $109.93.
      I have been trying to get my money back since last year but resumed my efforts
      this January. I have been promised my refund three times by representatives of Fresh
      Finds but have not received a refund as of yet.

      Please advise me as to what needs to be done to re-open my complaint.

      11/13/2021 purchased several items, including a Slim Storage Rack, in white (ITEM #*******) upon opening, no hardware to assemble this shelf was included. I phoned for a defective product, and was told the parts would be shipped.(twice) on 12/6 I called again and spoke to Irese, requested a return label via email. On 12/8 still no email, no return label or return authorization. I again called, spoke to ****, who despite her polite responses, ultimately disconnected me after I was on hold for 14 minutes. I called again, requested the same label and return authorization from ****** ***** tried to convince me to accept a shippment of missing parts. I refused and requested return authorization and a return label for a third time, and made it clear i anticipated a full refund. Still nothing.
