I placed an order on 10/11/2023 04:15:18 PM, for an item they produce with a 4 -6 week lead time for production. I have called several times, and each month I am told "there's a delay" for a myriad of reasons, and to be patient. Over the past month, I have yet to be able to reach anyone or have a call returned. I have left several messages regarding the status of my order or the need for a refund. I either want my product or a refund now. We are over 9 months out with no product or refund.Initial Complaint

The original order date was 07/28/2021 at 19:07 JST but the issue I am facing now started on 09/25/2022 at 11:28 JST. I paid the business $706.98. The company committed to providing their SE184100061F SCAR Enhanced Alloy Lower FDE lower receiver.The nature of the dispute is order cancellation and refund. After I initially paid and signed for the original lower receiver, I requested a change to the shipping address along with an order modification on Tue, Nov 23, 2021 at 18:46 JST.Due to failed communication from both parties, I never signed nor paid for the requested order modification, but Stryker Enterprises assembled the part anyway. Stryker Enterprises never shipped the item, and I never received the item. When I tried to get another order update on 09/25/2022 the response I received on 26 Sep 2022 09:13 JST was condescending and after all the time that had passed with no communication, I realized there was no point in continuing with the purchase, so on 27 Sep 2022 07:13, I explained my situation and asked for a cancellation and refund. Instead of trying to work with me *** from customer service got defensive and immediately started being confrontational and claiming cancellation is not an option because they paid their tech *** to assemble the part I had never signed or paid for. I continued to try and explain that I never received their calls or voicemails and that I would rather cancel the order, but *** continued to be confrontational and deny my request. I tried referring to the terms and conditions, but Stryker Enterprises changed them after I sent my email. After they changed the terms and conditions *** decided to cancel my order and applied the new terms and conditions to the original order and order modification and refunded $453.84.
