They are falsely advertising an item. 8/1/23 I purchased their item noted as item K81411-2 for $17.99. The item that arrived was not as depicted in the image nor as described on the page. The item was not true to size either. When customer service was notified, they mentioned not having returns as an option & instead asked for my body measurements to confirm. They did not mention anything about falsely advertising merchandise. I attempted to leave a review on 3 occasions, none of the reviews left appear on the site.Initial Complaint

I ordered a dress and pair of pants 12-8-2023 when I didn't receive the order by 12-25-2023 or 1-1-2024 I emailed the company the following message "Hello I placed my order 12-8-2023 where is my order?" ***** replied the following message to me 1-11-2024 "Hello,Thanks for your reply.We have helped you resend the package.If you have any questions,please feel free to contact us.Best regards". I still don't have my order I believe this company may be fraud please assist.Initial Complaint

Normally I wear size Medium/Large. The items are made poorly, some are too big, too small, some look nothing like the pictures shown. Im disappointed. I simply&respectfully want to make a return and get a refund promptly. On 10/5/2023 I emailed ******************************** to initiate the return/refund process, instead I got a reply from ******************************** on 10/6/2023 asking for my measurements. And have yet to get info on where to send the items for my return. I also emailed on the website on 'my messages' with ***** on October 5, 2023.I sent pictures as well, still no return instructions.Order#Z202309157309707354 was ordered 9/15/2023, I Received On 10/5/2023, They're poorly made. See hem on item#K63343-2, picture sent, I don't want it, and I can't wear this anywhere. I want to return all items except item number C20-3-05 (z116649-5-XL)-which is item#K60090-5 online.I shouldn't have to pay send these 5 items back. I'd like the refund via the original form of payment. As a courtesy&due to the inconvenience,shipping should be waived. The mere fact that this return is already being such a huge hassle, I feel like returning everything all together and not keep item#k60090-5. I have never had to go back&forth so much regarding a return. This shouldn't be difficult. I'm not satisfied with the quality of the items. I ordered from the site since a coworker told me they ordered from there.Her item was very long&she had to alter it, I placed an order regardless&gave this site a chance.This is beginning to feel like know KFS trying to keep my money& refusing to refund me. This isn't acceptable. I don't want to exchange anything. My refund should include all excluding the item#K60090-5* which I paid $30.49 for this 1 item. In total I paid $134.93, total was $114.04, with a $17.11 d/c, shipping cost $36.00, $1.99 for insurance. I will accept a refund of $104.44, since I am keeping the 1 item [$134.93-$30.49=$104.44]***** asked for my measurements,I provided them.Customer response

I have not hear from the BBB in a while. I want to cancel this, but keep the complaint against the company Know Fashion Now. Maybe someone else will see the published complaint, and be extra hesitant in doing any business with them. I reached out to my bank and filed a dispute with them. My bank reversed the charges. Hello,I received the product but it did not fit. I brought 2 different sizes and they both fit the exact same. Which is weird given I order a size up. The shorts fit like bike shorts. Not an out fit I can wear to work. The outfit pictured on there website does not look like the shorts are bike shorts. They fit very tight. The process of exchanging and getting a refund from this company is quite ridiculous. I have to send them my measurement, I had to take several pictures of each outfit and the bag it came in. I have to put both outfits together and take a picture of the sizing difference, Which there is no difference they both fit the same. I have Never had to do this with a company in order to get my money back.Initial Complaint

On 7/6/23 I placed an order for a “Blue Fashion Sexy Print Patchwork V Neck Straight dress”. Order# *******************. I paid $21.99 for the dress, $13.50 for shipping and $1.99 for Insurance for a total of $37.48. On 7/11/23 I received an email indicating that my order had been shipped. I received this dress on 7/22/23. On the same day I sent an email to Bella @customer support indicating I loved the dress but it was too big and I’d like to exchange the Large for a Medium. On 7/24/23, I received an email from ***** asking me to submit pictures of the dress & all packing which I immediately sent. She responded that they would do their best to resolve the issue. On 7/27/23 I emailed them back that I’m still waiting for a response. They again requested pictures which I again sent. I explained that it was a simple exchange & I didn’t understand the problem. She replied that they didn’t provide shipping labels & all expenses to return it would be my responsibility. I told her I would mail it back to the Illinois address on the return sticker. She said No I had to pay all shipping & customs cost to return to China. I told her it wasn’t shipped from China. She said No.
