      I ordered a book 2 weeks ago and received a confirmation email and tracking number. After a few days of the tracking number not working, I emailed and received a response that the book shipped within 2 days. Bottom line.. it never shipped. My card was as charged $6.68 and a credit appeared for $6.65, never notifying me. They are playing games because it is a conservative title. I know how insignificant it is, but they owe me $.03 cents. Im exhausted of politics being dragged into business. They have no idea of my affiliation just by purchasing a book. They owe me a full refund, no matter how embarrassingly small. Thanks .

      I ordered a book, waited several weeks then received the wrong book. Sent a photo of book I received and requested correct book . Was told to reorder which I did and again received wrong book. Called customer service but calls were not returned. At this point I concluded business is so inept that I gave up.

      I order 11 items on 3.23.24. To date, I have received 1 single item from that order. I have emailed numerous times (maybe 5 or 6), I have emailed their sister company sell back your books with no response. Their site says they are BBB accredited which is why I felt comfortable ordering. Ive also made smaller purchases with no issue. I now know they are not accredited but too little too late. There is no number on their site to call and I dont have anyway to reach out for help from them.

      I ordered a used Bible online through this company @4-23-24. When I placed order it showed order was confirmed which I have proof of because I took a screenshot of the page. It send I would receive an email of my order confirmation I did not. I have checked trash and spam folder even today. I have emailed this company three times plus send a fb message to them trying to get an order confirmation sent to email, tracking information on pkg, and now a refund. They have provided no response what so ever. I'm furious.

      Ordered four books from them, my browser put in the wrong address. Immediately sent an email about the incorrect address. Went to my old house and she told me she sent them back with the mailman. I have spent the better part of a month and a half trying to get my books resent out and they have officially stop responding to anything. *** sent four emails in the past week and still have had no response. Left a couple voicemails, no call back. Its been almost 2 months and can get absolutely no response back

      I purchased 3 books from Secondsale.com and with no information on shipping almost 3 weeks later, they send me an email saying that all books were already sold, and that they'd be refunding me. HOWEVER, the refund amount is less than what I originally paid. Yes, it's "only" 26 cents, but this whole interaction makes it seem like they are fraudulent. They say they are BBB accredited on their website, which is untrue, and to me it seems like they are getting lots of online sales, maybe refunding people back partially, and then essentially stealing money from people for orders that are not fulfilled. Also, they do not reply to any customer service emails. I am calling BS.
