  I was referred to this company by "The Great Escape Outlet Store" now known as "************" in ***********, **. I called Nachos ***************************** in 2021, he let me know that he was out of work due to an injury and to call him back in a few months. I called again in 2022, Nacho "*******" remembered me and scheduled to install a new liner in the latter part of April. I questioned him about installing too early and he said it was fine. He came late, decided to charge me 500 hundred dollars extra after he had already seen numerous pictures of my pool, took the old liner apart and left it all over my yard that contained old sand and mold, and then told me basically to finish the job and buy a shop vac cause he had to leave. He told me to purchase a shop vac and to continue kicking the liner back with my feet. After the liner was replaced, there were wrinkles everywhere. I asked him to come back and finish the job, he continued to mislead me, telling me he would come back. After numerous attempts, I finally get in contact with him where he acknowledges that this was not his best work and agrees to give me half of my money back. It has been 3 weeks and I have yet to receive a refund. I would highly suggest NOT using this company. They are not professional, responsible, and lack serious customer service. After calling numerous pool companies to inquire about fixing the job that he had not finished, I was notified that there were numerous other people who had the same complaint about ******* and Nachos *****************************. Do NOT use this company! Do the research and go with a more respectable company.

After numerous attempts, I finally get in contact with him where he acknowledges that this was not his best work and agrees to give me half of my money back. It has been weeks and I have yet to receive a refund. When I inquired about the refund, he told me that he is not giving me a refund, threatened me, and ended the call.  I did contact my local police department but was unable to file an official complaint.  I contacted other pool companies to finish the job, every contractor that came out to inspect declined the job as they did not want to be liable for damages that was already incurred by *******.  I also was told that some of the pool companies I contacted also received numerous complaints from other customers who had work done by Nacho's Pool & Construction and had to redo ********* work.  Even if I am unable to receive a refund, I want to help others avoid sketchy business men like *****************************.  I am out of a safe pool for my children and hundreds of dollars.
