5/30/24 Had a cat fixed by them and was told if any stitches break . They would re stitch him free of charge . Then comes down to me picking him up and theyre saying its $400 . With never disclosing any prices . Ended up paying $267 because they wouldnt give us the cat without. I want my money back !Business response

Thousand Hills Veterinary Clinic
The cat was neutered for the *******************************. After the owners adopted the pet from the shelter, this is when the pet got the incision opened. There was never any discussion between the client and veterinarian that the re-suture would be at no charge. When picking up pet, owner was upset with original cost of services. We then reduced cost of some medications and our surgery time for the client to be accommodating. We are sorry that the client was upset but we do have to charge for services and supplies to care for pets. Our staff never disclosed to the client that he could not have his pet without paying,
