Jun 27, 2022 I entered into a transaction with The Shade Cloth Store, an online business doing business from https://shadeclothstore.com/ . I needed, and believe I ordered, 100 feet of the product, which was listed as the MINIMUM ORDER. They shipped me 50 feet of the product, claiming that is all I ordered, but charged me for `00 feet, the minimum order.I don't know why they think it is okay to charge the minimum but ship half the product I just paid for, regardless of whether or not I ordered 100' (which I believe I did) or 50" (which their website says you can NOT order as the minimum is 100').Regardless of whether I mistakenly chose "50 feet" ... an amount that shouldn't really have been offered since the advertised minimum is 100 feet, or whether I actually chose "100 feet" from the dropdown (which I'm quite sure I did since I needed and was shopping for 100 feet of shade cloth) they have no business or right to charge me for a minimum order of 100 feet while shipping me 50 feet of material. I would like them to ship me the rest of the product they are charging me for.This is, as I have told them, tantamount to theft. No wonder they are not BBB members.
