In April of 2023 I had Premier Asphalt tear out and replace my current cement driveway with asphalt. We had a verbal agreement on the job, it was stated the driveway would be 2.5 to 3 inches thick compacted once complete. We also agreed on a price of ******* for the work.A month after the work was completed, I had my roof replaced. During that process, a delivery truck arrived with only two pallets of shingles on it. It parked on my driveway and began to sink into it. Afterwards, the delivery company and the roofing company took responsibility for the damage and replaced the driveway again. The company chosen to replace the driveway - not chosen by myself but chosen by the Roofing and Delivery companies from a choice of three they had gotten estimates from (a second time) came out to do the job and started to tear out the failed asphalt installation. While doing so, they found most of the driveway was only 1 inch think in most places. Pictures by this company were provided along with a description of what normal driveway construction standards should be.After finding this out, I reached out to **** Hamilton of Premier Asphalt, stated what had happned and that I wanted a complete refund. He began to complain that he wasn't given the opportunity to fix it ( which was out of my control ) and that I just wanted a free driveway since it was already being replaced. I thold him I was not un-reasonable and wouuld consider other options vs a full refund. Then he completely stopped corresponding with me. I had my attorney draft a letter to him demaning payment and further courses of action to which he completely ignored as of October of last year. I reached out to him 24 hours ago and stated I would move further with other leagal options if he did not respond to me no later than 26 January this year.

Let's start out on the day my driveway was paved. I asked **** about the rain that was coming today. He said no its fine. After the driver was done and before the rain came the workers rolled the steam roller over and over at the bottom of the driver way. Not sure why this was done because the rest of the driveway this was not done the same. The workers left and then within minutes the rain came, and it poured and poured. I just sat looking at all the water pooling at the end of the driveway. It left standing water on the bottom of the driveway for a couple of hours. It did not drain away, the rain just settled on the driveway and after it finally went away the area was not like the remainder of the driveway. I am not sure why the driver turned light grey at the bottom but as of today every time it rains the water just sits on the driveway. I have contacted **** several times and the last time I contacted him he said he would come back out. Well i never heard anything back. My driveway looks great but every time it rains it just sits on the driveway it does not go anywhere till it just dry's up. Neighbors see this also and tell me I received a botch driveway. The put it down and left. It seems like it was not poured even or something. Not really sure since I am not in the asphalt business. I was taken advantage of I feel. **** has not held up to the company I thought I was working with. Such a disappointment. My husband and myself work hard for our money and this was really sad that the owner is such a salesperson he will make you believe anything he says. At this point I need a refund so next year I can have a different company come out and redo what was done wrong. I asked **** about some of the bad reviews against the company and he just said oh that was a customer he just could not make happy. Well now he has another customer he can't make happy.

Hired asphalt contractor to pave around my barn . Walked down job and identified all utilities prior to any work - including my buffalo box / water service shut off . Contractor paved over this service valve . Immediately called owner /company and informed him/them of problem . After many phone calls - none returned. Finally after 2nd season of not fixing the mistake ... they finally cut out the asphalt and exposed my shut off valve. But left the enlarged hole they made to dig up box which is now sinking in due to no asphalt around it .

Sent my crew to fix the issue. I told them to remove the asphalt from around the shut off then once asphalt arrived at another jobsite to go back and patch the area. Obviously they forgot to patch. I honestly thought this was done because I didn't get any calls/complaints about it. I will get this resolved ASAP.
I sincerely thought this issue was resolved.

Our company has been trying to reach **** Hamilton via phone and email and have had no luck. We loved his work, however there are some issues we have having been trying to address since 05/26/2022 and have not been able to reach him. We sent out an email on 5/26/2022, 06/08/2022, and 07/15/2022. We have also tried contacting his office and spoke with ******** who has left messages on our behalf, but we are still unable to reach him. We currently have a one-year warranty valid until August 02, 2022, and are looking to get this situation remedied before our warranty is up however it seems non matter how many calls and voicemails are left we still have not been able to speak with ****.
