      This company has rude employees. They don't treat their patients with any respect, neither do they treat their employees with respect. My neighbor has them as a homecare agency, and I was looking for a good homecare agency, so I asked for a referral, but when my neighbor was telling me about the issues they were having, I changed my mind. I began going through the training, and the information that they give in, is very vague, and doesn't seem as though they care much about the clients. I have seen employees come in complaining about checks , no checks at all, as well as too much being taken out of their checks. When you call to try to get information, the employees are very vague, if they answer at all.

      We are deeply committed to upholding the highest standards in our services and we take great care in recruiting and training our employees to be the best in their roles at all times. Our training manual is thoughtfully designed to provide comprehensive and insightful information on client care, and we continuously strive to enhance our training processes to ensure our team is well-prepared.   
       
      In response to the issues mentioned, we are in the process of implementing a direct deposit system for all employees, and we anticipate that this will be rolled out in the near future. This enhancement is part of our ongoing efforts to improve the employee experience.
       
      The deductions on our employees' checks are mandatory, as they pertain to state and federal taxes, in compliance with the laws of ********.
