I sent a Mamiya 645 Pro to this company for repair.....2.5 years ago. They will not return the camera, and they are no longer returning emails. This company is not in ******** any longer. They moved to **********, and are now somewhere in *****. If you do a bit of digging you will find others in the same situation. I can't think of any reason this isn't considered theft. The phone number and email address goes to some person called '*****' who is in the ******* area...yet there is no way to contact the owner of the company, ***, who as I understand is in *****. This is just bad news all around, and as frustrating as it is, I don't want to see anyone else in the position that I am in. My family ran businesses for years, and this is NOT acceptable practice.
