On 4/7/24 around 9pm, I was dining at this place of business. My partner and I witnessed the worst fight right before we finished dinner. Before the fight, we noticed a bunch of intoxicated people. In the beginning, it was okay. Towards the end I was afraid people were throwing stuff, punching each other, it was just the wildest brawl. To make matters worse, the staff at Cajun Broil were also involved in the fight. Rather than deescalating the situation, they took part in it. This is a restaurant I would never eat at or even recommend to a friend or family member.Initial Complaint

The OAKBROOK LOCATION, is the worst location to go to. It's ghetto as well as deplorable service. The employees were fighting each other and when we address the situation the manager started to be combative and argumentative with the customers. I paid my money for the food not for the goofy show that was placed upon my eyes yesterday December 6th of 2023 I will never come back here and spend my money I will go to another location. This place need to be shut down. The manager ******* was rude and was trying to fight the customers she was drinking on the job as well as the other employees that were fighting each other. The food was not up to a par as well as the show that was put on in the restaurant. I want an apology from the owner because what they did yesterday was uncalled for as well as embarrassing. For this company to be black owned it is horrible. This location needs to rethink and retrain their staff. The staff is lazy and combative.Initial Complaint

Good Afternoon On 2/14/2022 I placed an order via Cajon Boil Oak Brook Terrace website for a delivery later in the day. The total on my order was $70.38, which was deducted from my bank account almost immediately after my order was placed. My delivery was set for 6:15 p.m. I received a text message from door dash (I didn't know they were delivering the order) saying my order was delayed for 25 minutes - I said that's ok. 15 minutes later the driver called to say they never got my order. An employee said they would look into it, took my order and the order # and would call me back. The manager called me and said I didn't request anything in my boil that's why it wasn't made. I tried to explain that I had detailed confirmation of what I ordered and she said that I would have to talk to door dash. I said why can't you just make my order since you've been paid? She suggested I cancel my order with door dash and order again. I explained that I ordered on the cajon Boil website directly. I called door dash - another 30 minutes, he couldn't get ahold of anyone at the restaurant and suggested I call their corporate office. I couldn't find anything besides local numbers. I didn't get a crab boil. They don't answer the phone. They don't answer emails.All I want is my refund of $70.38. my order number with Cajon Boil was #*******.
