Made a reservation, we arrived and no table available to accommodate us. After we were told they would put two tables together and then backed out of that they split our party. At the end of dinner while we were still enjoying our company they proceeded to clean the table while still sitting there. Might of well as us to leave. What was the point of a reservation?! This was only our second time there and have to say very disappointed.Review from Loni G

I went to cajun boil for king ******** carry out. I decided to wait at the bar for my order and. Have a drink and a cup of gumbo. I asked the bartender how long does it take for a cup of gumbo sine the customer to the left if me ordered 2 order of chicken wings and received it but I'm still waiting on my gumbo 45 min nothing ?? ??. I then received my carry out order and still no gumbo. I asked for the manager and asked to be cashed out for the drink. I was told the drink was &15 but turned out to be $20.86. I gave the manager $21.00 and waited for my change and she said we don't have any change and refused to give me my change. I think this is stealing from customer. And want to file a complaint against this establishment. Totally unprofessional and theft at its best.Review from Shartesia L

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WAITER TOOK 45 MINS TO GRAB OUR TAKE OUR ORDER AND ANOTHER 45 MINS JUST TO GIVE US SILVERWARE . ASKED ANOTHER WAITER TO GIVE MY TABLE SOME SILVERWARE AND THEY ACT LIKE THEY HAD A ATTITUDE . THEN WAITED ANOTHER 45 MINS JUST TO PAY MY BILL . TO TOP IT OFF MY MOM BOUGHT ME A GC TO USE AND THE **** THING DIDNT HAVE MONEY ON IT ?!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER . NOT GOING BACK AGAINReview from Kyra W

I went to Cajun boil for my birthday which I PAID $15 each to reserve 2 tables for my party. After waiting to be seated and treated like s*** while waiting my party was split and move far apart we waited at our table for an hour before even getting a glass of water I asked a couple of times for our server and all I got was attitudes. The services was so trouble and the attitudes was even worse I have never in my life been treated like that when Im paying my money. I then come across a few TikTok videos where the same staff I encountered stated they treat their customers as such because they still get the gratuity. They smoke in the kitchen then talk s*** about the customers and I fine this very disrespectfulReview from Jeanette D

On February 28,2022, myself and friends visited Cajun boil at the Oak Brook location, first off the restrooms are unsanitary stall are out of order having the woman wait in line, staff very unprofessional you wait 45minutes to an hour to be seated then another 45 minutes for employee to serve water or ask if you wants drinks, after you completely ignored, because the staff acts as if they're at a club instead of work loud talking among each other instead of taking care of paying customers,when you ask for assistance wait staff is rude I waited and was force to leave because of the lack of customer service you would expect different since we are the public that support the business.
