Let me start by saying this they like to charge you for platinum membership, but they will always give you a basic car wash if you asked to sign up or renew your card they will not ask you the dollar amount before they charge you. They cannot cancel membership at the store so you have to call or actually submit it online and wait for somebody in customer service to try to resolve your issues with the membership. This spot is very shady. Do not sign up for platinum or expensive wash because they will continue to give you basic car wash if you don’t pay attention to the service light and the type of wax comes through the car wash you will be getting basic car wash.Cobblestone Auto Spa Response

After using the unlimited plans for my 2 cars for over 3 years, I contacted their customer service to cancel my passes. I received email confirmation on Sept 18 that they were cancelled. Like so many of the other complaints filed to BBB, I am still having an automatic deduction taken from my account. I've tried to contact them over the phone at a few different numbers and I cannot get a human to talk to, only leave a message and it will be retuned in 2 to 3 business days. I'm beginning to get the impression that this is a scheme to not have to provide customer service to their customers by fraudulently taking money from their account. My reason for canceling my passes is because of continued increases that I have not been notified of. I tried to dispute the charge on my bank statement, but the bank states it must be resolved by calling the customer service number since I had previously given them authorization to deduct from my account. Questions? Go to the merchant's customer service page **** I called again today, it went to voice mail and I was told that the voice mailbox was full. What needs to be done to keep them from ripping off previously good customers.Cobblestone Auto Spa Response

Absolutely purposeful bait and switch! After going for a single car wash the attendant told me that for just a few dollars more, I could get unlimited washes through the end of the month (as if it were a special promo that day). That seemed like a good deal, so I agreed. Fast forward 3 months and I return to pay for another single car wash, but this time the gate opens automatically and I'm directed to continue through. Obviously, having not paid I then checked my bank statement to find out that I had been signed up for a $35/month recurring membership. Having now realized this, I sought out the manager on site to discuss it and he directing me to call customer retention. Customer retention told me that there was absolutely nothing they could do about it and continued to tell me about the sign they have on the property that explains the unlimited membership program. It made no difference to them that I hadn't agreed to sign up, nor would I read a sign about something that I wouldn't think pertained to me. The woman I spoke with was very rude and literally just kept repeating "will that be all?" They refused to give any refund, stating the it was company policy and impossible to issue refunds. That said, 2 car washes ended up costing $125. I will not be returning.Review from Arley R

I was charged an unauthorized increase to $39.00 for my car wash plan and was not informed of this increase. It wasn't until I received my credit card statement that I noticed the increased $39.00 charge. I have phoned the **************** in ******* asking for someone from Corporate or Accounting to return my phone call Seven (7) times and their recording said that they will answer me in 3-4 days, but have yet to return a call to me. I have disputed the unauthorized increased charges to my ************************ because they will not respond to me. This is the worst customer service. After numerous attempts to discuss the charges on my credit card following the cancellation of my membership, I have not received any response three months later. I terminated my membership at the start of July 2024, yet my credit card was charged for both July and August. Despite leaving multiple voicemails and emails, I have not been contacted to resolve this issue. It's disappointing that they seem indifferent to their customers.Review from Max R

BAIT and SWITCH. They offered a $19.99 plan for 3 months...I went to renew it, they told me that I was grand-fathered into the rate of $19.99 and as long as I paid on-time (which I did) there would be no increase. As of July they increased my rates to $39.99 a month without any notification. The person at the customer service will not offer refund or prorate the service nor an apology. I cancelled it immediately. This is a horrible customer service and the "new" owners should be held accountable for this "Bait/Switch" practice.Review from Shane G

I signed up for $27 a month and have been a member for two years and noticed they started charging my credit card $39/month. I called Corporate and the woman on the other end said their webpage states they can raise rates without telling customers. She said I was signed up for a ******** promotion and they fixed the issue to the correct amount after ****************************************** gave consent. This location has multiple water jets that are turned off.. like the ones that spray the lower sides and go 4-5+ months without fixing. I started going to the other location on ********..maybe it is under better ownership or management.Review from Ana G

I have incident, the lady supervisor is on Sep 16 2024 at 6:25 pm tell me I waiting , I do t know what she doing put some money at the machine then she go, went is open I pass went was ready to entryway she screaming so bad , tell I told you , the I say yes but you moved... she send me away ..it's no my fault but really mad at me for her unrespect full are. I, like many others, was persuaded into upgrading to a new membership, only to have the price increase afterward. To make matters worse, they continued charging me for my old membership on top of the new one. I've left two messages with the corporate office since no one answers the phone, but I still haven't received a call back.Review from Jeff G

I, just like SOOOOO many others was sold a $25/month car wash plan and purchased it for 2 of my vehicles. This month I was charged $39. When i emailed customer service to ask why i was told "the promotional period ended". I was never told it was a promotion and would end nor was i notified. Beware!
