Transaction date: November 5, 2022 Order #: KC1132 Amount Paid: $309.26 Upon receiving my items but not in a timely manner, I noticed that there were 4 items missing. So I contacted this business and was told to wait a couple of days and that if I didn't receive the rest to let her know. I have contacted the business owner multiple time and I either get ignored or get excuses and promised new shipping dates. To this day I still have not received my items and have not received a response from the last day I tried to contact the business on January 26, 2023.Business response

I mailed out the rest of the product , and the stuff I could not get I sent the customer a refund. Two items and half of shipping. This was not initially, I had a pipe bust and I let all of my customer know through Facebook.Customer response
