We called and received a price to have a retirement party at their restaurant. We were told no contact, no deposit nor count of guests were necessary. We, then, booked the party on the spot. At the end of the party, when the bill came, we discovered they charged us more than $5 more per person than we agreed too. And we were charged a credit card fee which we weren't told about until seeing the bill either. We also had issues with the timing of food. The manager on duty was unhelpful but agreed to give our contact information to *****, the head manager, for her to call us. In order not to have a confrontation in front of other customers, we paid the bill in full and again the the manager on duty we would be waiting to hear from the head manager. Due to some alleged personal issues, ***** didn't contact us for several days. When she did, she apologized for the miscommunication from her staff and said that they would have a discussion and would figure out a reasonable compensation. It's now 2 weeks later since that promise and we have not heard back from *****. We have tried contacting her one last time and she continues to ignore our messages. We would like not only an apology but also the "reasonable compensation " we were promised.We do have all the messages which prove her apology and promise to us.
