**** Bennett did some tree trimming for me and suggested that the tree needed to be strapped, but couldn't do it that day. I prepaid him 200.00 cash , to have my tree strapped and haven't seen or heard from him. My daughter has contacted him twice and he was very belligerent and said he would get me the 200.00 cash and strap the tree and still haven't seen or heard from him. Work was never done. That was over a year ago now. I am elderly and this is considered elder abuse. I can and will report him to the state if necessary.Customer response

My daughter contacted him twice last year, I can't give you an exact date, but she did contact him and he was very mean and cussing at her, stating he would bring me my **** money and strap the tree for free. All I want from him is my $200.00.

He has said that before and nothing was done. I would like the refund in the mailbox on the door. I do not wish to speak to him. I will not accept the resolution until the refund is received.

Bennett at some point without my authorization or notification put a strap on the tree. I did not want that I wanted my money back. So this is an unauthorized step on my property. I am not happy with this man and business. I want a cash refund of my $200.00
