With my bad credit history, I'm starting over and almost gave up till I talked to the manager here. They helped me to finance Kia Optima 2016, and finally I managed to spend more time with my family, thanks to a decreased time to work. this place takes advantage of woman and low-income people. The number of engines needing replaced shortly after purchase is amazing, then Thye'll try and place blame on you by saying improper oil changes.Review from Antrawn J

My experience with Car wise has been nothing but dishonest and inconsiderate with the promise they made and not willing to fixed the issue that where brought to them with in 48 hrs of purchase also making false claims to the repair company that a check engine light was on resulting in the real problem not being fixed trying to get me past the 30 day mark so I returned the car to themReview from Micheal H

One star only because it makes you choose at least one. Honest rate zero stars. My experience with Carwise has been extremly dissatisfied. They have been nothing but dishonest and inconsistent with the promises they have made to me and several others I've spoke to that have also worked with Carwise.Review from Anthony B.

They manipulate and take advantage of people with lower credit scores. Advertising one dime down but in reality you have to put $1000+ down. Sold me a car that has an engine fault sensor that goes in and out that could potentially cause an accident with my family involved. Also the car radio/navigation system didn’t work and I caught it during the test drive and they still tried to have me sign the paperwork taking the car as is. Anytime I call they blame it on covid and say someone is on vacation I’ll call you back in the morning but hear nothing for weeks. They said they will fix these problems over and over again but just give you the run around. They’re all about getting you in a car and pushing you out the door and are no longer their problem.

Bought a 2014 Ford Focus from CarWise P***** on June 2nd and on June 11th a critical transmission code popped up and the car did not want to move gears easily. As CarWise has a 15 day or 500 mile warranty on their cars, and we were luckily at 11 days and 320 miles on it, we drove the car back to them on June 13th, as they would not tow the vehicle. There was a major lack of communication, no call backs, Service Manager voicemail box that couldn't take messages, etc. Finally, the car was repaired and I picked it up June 29th at noon. I have been unable to get a detail of the repairs made to the car, though I had specifically asked for it when I dropped the car off. Not 8 hrs later, the check engine light is back on and the car is acting like it doesn't want to run. CarWise again will only look at the car if I drive it to them. I told them the car is unsafe to drive and they refused to pay to have a "running" car towed.Elite Motors Response

I was promised on the phone to get “better than Kelly blue book” value for my trade in. Drove 2 1/2 hours to the dealership to get offered $500 for what KBB said would be $2000. I also received an email that I would get 2 $25 gift certificates for showing up to the appointment on time. When I was leaving they said they were out.Elite Motors Response

customer made his trade seem like it was in great condition but upon arrival the vehicle was in poor condition and only worth 500. Not sure why he didn't receive the gift cards because we have plenty. if he still wants them tell him to come back in. be glad to give them to him.Elite Motors Response

I did not tell anyone on the phone that my truck was in “good” condition. I asked if anyone could tell me a price and I was told that they guarantee better than blue book value. The blue book value for my vehicle in rough condition was $1500. I drove 2 hours because of this promise. I also tried calling the dealership everyday for a week after this incident and the dealership never answered the phone. When I tried calling with my wife’s number they picked up the first time. If you want to put in any effort at all you could have offered to mail me the gift cards instead of push me out the door when I said I wasn’t interested in the vehicle anymore.
