Date of distribution of transaction 5/11/2022. Dates of install around July 10th After date of install it was noticed that the trim fascia was missing and they supposedly came and fixed it and the broken siding. when the gutters needed replaced due to damages caused by the roofers, pictures are available of this, the gutter installers asked who put the roof on because the roofers used the tin that was existing to wrap it to look like they put these boards up. After the winter, animals started getting in to my home and the areas behind the gutters began to deteriorate. Messing came out to assess and repair the issue only to call later and blame the gutter installers and say I owe them $3,000 for these repairs. Messing employees were out to our home a number of times to repair damages or clean up their debris that left nails all over our yard for days, so it is difficult to pinpoint an exact day of damages other than the original damage created upon installation. The amount being disputed is the $3,000 for the damages they caused to our home. We have photos of the problem areas after install.Customer response

Original contract $10,500 they showed up with material 9-5-23 job done 9-6-23. I write final check $6250 (extra $700 to gutter guard)
Then got letter 10-26-23 want $5500 more put lien on my house, through atty's messing took $3463
