I attended Lyrical Lemonade this year and I had a couple of questions about my credit card charges that had occurred there. After my first alcohol purchase, I noticed the person ringing me out did not flip the screen after she swiped my credit card.I thought it was weird because the person in front of me had to sign for their purchase,I was never given the opportunity to sign or even the option to tip.The cashier rang us up, never told us the price, took our credit card, and never flipped the registerr over for us to sign/verify the % of tip if any was to be given. We had looked at the sign, and it said $11 each, so when my credit card charge went through minutes later for $26.40 it didn't seem right. It was busy, and we did not want to complain, but she just gave herself her own 20% tip,and if we were going to have to overpay by $4.40 all day, that could rack up.The second time we went back, the exact same thing happened again. The total was $26.40 again. They never flipped over the register, and we were overcharged again-totally different cashier,so they are working together on this.It got so bad that the next person we went to charged me $14 for one beer, somehow, and then acted really confused with how to work the register to play off what she was doing. I said please let me sign and flip over the register. The credit card charge alert went through somehow I ended up being charged $44 for nothing because after he kept swiping we just left and went to another station to buy.I feel very ripped off,and it really threw off my days there. I left early on day # 1 out of frustration.I spoke to a manager before I left, and he advised that what they were doing was wrong, and apologized-I work hard for my money so this just feels wrong. The next day they were doing it all over again. The bigger question is if they are doing this to everyone and up charging $4.40 to give themselves a tip on each sale-there are thousands of people they could be taking in thousands in fake tips, sales.

I bought TWO (2 ) 3 day *** ticket passes on 5/7/21. I bought expensive tickets specific for *** ticket holders ONLY and I could have bought cheap General admission tickets and got the same perks without having to pay for it. This company decided not hire enough security for the *** section which allowed general Admission to hop the gates. Which to add they only had one barricade the first night and added two more the second night. By the third night the vip section was completely taken away because someone that jumped over the barricade threatened to *** the ***************. That is what I was told by one of the security guards. This event was extremely unsafe for both attendees and staff. I can not understand why this event did not have enough security to patrol the area. When attendees GA started jumping security just walked away, there was zero regulation for anything. This is unacceptable for a music event. The venue made alot of money and could have spent the money on a sufficient amount of security to control the *** section. Had the venue not have been cheap this situation would not have happened. I was offered 3 day tickets again for this years event, I told whoever I spoke to on 8/26/21 Will the transfer tickets be *** again? If so I will take the transfer tickets for next year. I got no response from anyone of their team. If they were still not able to give me *** tickets, I would have liked to get a response back so I could have gotten my money back sooner. I emailed the company on 3/17/22 asking about those tickets and was informed they would be general admission tickets. I never accepted the tickets, and they are telling me that they can not refund me back my money once I accepted tickets. It makes no sense why I would accept general admission tickets, when I could get a refund for what I originally paid for. I want my money back in full.
