This complaint is over warranty work. The engine light came on and I had them to check it. The first time they told me the number 2 piston was not firing and I asked why? I asked if it has oil on it and he said yes. The day after the engine light came back on and I went back out there and they tested it come to find out the catalytic converter was plugged up. That was still under warranty and they fixed that. The car uses oil and that is what plugged it up. I asked are you going to look at fixing it? Because the motor is covered under the warranty. They stated that it takes a couple of test. The car uses two quarts every 1000 miles. They called ********** and they told him that I did not keep up with the maintenance and since that they will not cover whatever is wrong with the car while it is still under warranty. I would like for them to repair my vehicle.Business response

******* brought his *** *** in for oil consumption. We verified there was oil consumption in the engine. *** will not stand by the warranty because the customer changes his oil only every ****** miles. Their response was due to customer neglect the warranty is voided. If he is not going to do the proper maintenance I can't *** to pay for it.Initial Complaint

I bought a car from them, but I told them before I bought it that I wanted them to fix the noise in the front end. They did a bunch of work arounds but never fixed the problem. I took the car to a licensed mechanic and he explained to me that it is a piece of junk and he couldn't believe they sent me out on the road that way. I have 2 kids and we could have been killed. The mechanic says it is undriveable.Business response

We replaced the front strut, front sway bar housing, rear tow arms, and did an alignment. Our service manager will reach out to **. ******* to set up a time to look at the vehicle.
