I contacted DivvyDose over a month ago which Optum RX recommended as my husband was forgetting to take his medication. I thought this idea of packaging was worth trying.The moment I called, they were very helpful and kept calling to check on whether I wanted to try divvydose. Since then it has been a nightmare of talking to nearly ten different people, each giving me different information. Even my doctors started to get annoyed at the way in which they NEVER THOROUGHLY EXPLAINED HOW THEY WANTED THE SCRIPTS WRITTEN. Eventually I spoke to a supervisor and although apologetic about the many many many phone calls I have made to them, they still made mistakes in what they delivered today. More calls and many calls to Optum RX executive team who also called divvydose on my behalf. ***** spent on the phone trying to correct errors they kept making. They agree that this should NOT have happened. Finally I spoke to an intelligent pharmacist who realized that mistakes were made by divvydose when entering the scripts and he is escalating the matter and promised me that he will rectify these issues. This is NOT what I was promised when I spoke to the first customer service person on day one. I keep asking myself if all this time I spent on the phone doing their jobs was worth the aggravation? I never write reviews but this needs to be seen by elderly people who want to try this way to package their medication. Also they aggravated my doctors, and the Optum RX employees who tried to help me. I wish that OPTUM RX would start to package the meds themselves. Be aware and get the entire global picture before signing on. Also, the thirty day supply of meds was cheaper thru OPtum RX, but I have a handicapped husband who needs these meds packaged in these blister packs. I just hope this works for him. My experience with divvydose has been a very pleasant one. They have been on top of all my medications and reached out in advance when when anything is getting low on refills. Overall, I would recommend others use the service.Review from Eugene B

Avoid Divvy Dose aka Optium Rx like the plague. Horrible customer service, no regard for patient's health or well-being. This horrible experience started when I was forced to transition from my traditional pharmacy to this cheap, imitation of a drug store. Most recently I requested a vacation refill, just a few days in advance of my regular refills, and was told it was not a problem. The only possible glitch was one med was a controlled med, so they had to get my doctor's ********* I understood and informed them if they had any problems to contact me so I could assist. I explained the urgency as I was leaving very early Monday morning (1/8/24.) I was told it would be here on Friday (1/5/24.) I have "informed delivery" by the **** and it showed a package was on its way. Saturday came and went and no package arrived. I tried to contact ***** Dose and finally received a call back at 2:14 pm Saturday. I was told that the caller did not understand why they still used **** and she was concerned that I "would tell my friends how **************** was." The bottom line is I am being forced to go 2 weeks without ANY of my meds. Their laziness is putting my health in jeopardy and they could care less.Review from Dan w

I feel like the lone voice in the storm, but I have had outstanding service from DivvyDose. I moved to them from my local ********* out of sheer desperation since ********* could not consistently fill my prescriptions. When I started using DivvyDose I was on 15 distinct oral medications, some taking twice a day. I was unhappy with filling weekly pillboxes and was glad to have a service handle it for me. The real win was know I had my meds in hand.I have had wonderful phone customer service. I have not had spam calls or unconcerned people. They have been helpful in notifying me when a new med would be unusually expensive so I could talk to my doctor. By comparison, Optum Rx would send me expensive meds without warning me and sending me a bill. The best "extra" they provide is all the med list information. I get cards that go in my wallet that list all the meds and they include pictures with the packets of what each pill looks like, the does and so on. These are so helpful when going to the doctor or *** I fell and dislocated my finger while on vacation. I managed to get these cards out of my wallet and saved myself a LOT of trouble when I was clearly not in a position to recall all my meds at the *** As always, different people, have different experiences, but mine was good and I recommend Divvydoes to friends.Review from Chris B

The staff are rude and ghetto on the phone. Never considerate of the fact they work for a pharmacy and not Walmart. I’m a corporate Apple employee and was referred to Divvy by UHC. It’s been awful since I switched. I’m in the process of going back to Walgreens because anything is better than this. The last time I didn’t even get my Klonopin and when I called the woman on the phone (ghetto & rude) said it wasn’t an emergency and that I could just skip a month of it. My husband is a doctor and she clearly has no clue that it’s lethal to just suddenly stop benzodiazepines. That was enough for me.Review from Michele C

I used divvyDOSE for 6 months to get my meds and it was never correct. One time it was 5 days late. Then they told me my doctor didn't prescribe one medicine but I've been on it for several years. Once I called them 13 times in one day from different phone numbers and they didn't call me back. They wait until my meds run out until they send the refill but the refill doesn't always arrive in time so I have no meds. I went thru 6 months of horrible problems with divvyDOSE because they never got my medicine right. Now I use a regular pharmacy......Review from SHERRIE M

Worst price by far dividos and optimum RX are connected I never got my medicine from the rot doctor I don't know how they were getting prescriptions from doctors I don't even see ! WARNING, DO NOT GO HERE! Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Horrible service and horrible mistakes. Im on the phone with them 4 5 times a month trying to correct their mistakes. I'm constantly on hold and shuffled around, its NEVER an easy call. I have never had a month that is correct. They are always missing pills from the pill pack, and they do not warn you. In the month of May, the box was 3 (three) days late arriving. So my mother missed her medication for 3.5 days, as it arrived too late for the morning and mid-afternoon doses, AND they DONT care or apologize or reimburse you. EVERY SINGLE month they are out of medication and can not fill the pill packs, what good are they if they are always incomplete. I've been with them since January and they have messed up 7 months in a row. If I could rate them a zero, I would. Today is July 5, 2022, another messed-up month.Review from Ann S

Employees on the phone are pleasant but company follow up and service is horrible. They're not open 24/7 in case of needing refills right away. Had to wait 3 days until they opened again to get call back or prescription filled. A month after canceling the service, still can't get prescriptions from ********* because "DivvyDose has already been paid for them" even though they were not filled. Prior to signing up for service, contact with sales people was great, after signing up, nothing! Never received call backs after leaving multiple messages. It sounds like a great it would be great for seniors but do NOT use this company!
