I never gave them permission to take any money from my account or than just a application fee which was $25 dollar they end up taking from my bank account $1,890 dollar I call them ask them for my money over numerous times they lady ****** that work there who answer the phone is very rude and disrespectful all connected me to someone else that never answered the phone so I noticed the have gave me back my than a month later bank sends me a letter state's that the Merchant sent them this fake lease with my signature something I never signed they took my signature of line and my initial and put on a lease trying to make it seem like I'm a tenant of there I explained everything to the retail relationships banker at BMO ****** bank about my account and I show her my lease and comEd **** and gas **** with my address on it then she call them on 1/26/2022 and she spoke with the lady ****** and she ask her can you tell me is ***** M a tenant she tell her I can't give you that information unless ***** give me permission she told her was sitting in her office now she tell have me to call her *********** from BMO ****** bank had me to call them from phone while I was still sitting there so I call the lady ****** answers and she said how can I help you I explained to her that she told BMO ****** Bank have me to call she play like she didn't know what I was talking about so I asked her when is ya going to return my $1,890 back to my account then she says you got talk to the manager then click the line to someone else that never answered the phone then the phone hangs up then *** from BMO ****** bank try to call back they wouldn't answer the phone at all for her.this crazy how some people can scan so good that they don't know you take from a person that is disable and on SSI the issue cause to over draft my account and the bank took my money that stateline refused to return and knowing I don't rent anything from themBusiness response

*****, you have caused much confusion with our company because you signed a lease then changed your mind about renting the unit. We gave you your options in regards to breaking your lease. Once we rerented the unit you were to be reimbursed your security deposit. You then claimed fraud on the account so we did not reimburse you. As you can see by the ledger attached you paid your payments by credit card. We have no control over pulling funds from your account. If you provide us with your new address we will be glad to send your security deposit of $900. Attached is the signed application, lease and ledger.Customer response

I rejected because if you look at the ledge you see it was &900 for sercuity deposit and $950 for first rent so all together that's $***** that was tooking out of the account for a place that I never moved a box in it and you never again me or anyone a answer about give me my money back I show you the picture of the house and all the things you was supposed to fixed that was never fix that what happened I not responsible for the issue in the house you have to repair that's not my problem they should be a law for landlord showing properties picture on the online of a property that don't look nothing like what you see in person the house was a hazard with broken window in the back door bullet hoe in the upper bedroom basement black mold on the walls carpet smells like dog p*** the front door the lock didn't work people can walk right in the bathroom tub had black mold all around the walls I have a child with asthma and you think someone once to live there it should be a law for false advertising for homes that don't look nothing like what showing online so do you want me send the pictures to the BBB so I feel I feel I been missed lead about the house and now I need my refund of the correct amount of ***** do the right thing please thank you
