I went to this beauty studio, the lash tech states that she has 2 years of experience. My eyes during the service started to burn and become irritated, and watery it was the gel pad, I notified her of it. When I walked out my eyes were still really sensitive through out the whole day. At around 11 pm I stated to get horrible headaches and pain in the back of my eyes, I went even to get saline solution to wash out and eye drops and but that made pain worse and extremely red and burning irritation I reached out to the owner and she dismissed me by saying it was a reaction to the glue which it was not. I sent her photos from 11 pm and that moment I also was reaching out. She said she could only do a removal but no refund. I ended up going to immediate care and that is when they had to check my eyes and it was determined that I had cuts in both my eyes plus I had chemical in the eyes from improper placement of the gel pads. I was given antibiotics for my eyes and told to take pain meds. I had done the luxury beauty service because I had a business class to attend. But even me doing my work or driving was becoming and is a little difficult because i am sensitive to even light. My insurance covered everything but I had to cancel clients and with my class that I paid a lot for Im very upset that one she pushed me off when she was not even at the salon to see what happened, 2 she refused to refund money,3 she sent me a picture of my consent for and says to me you state you dont have eye problems 5She also advertises that she is a educator in her salon and whe. It comes to the eye many things can happen but to dismiss me as a client and what I knew was happening I spoke up as a client during the service. Then the owner must have been talking about my situation to her employees because then the lash artist proceeded to reach out via text and same thing only offered me a removal and stated this is something that has never happened to her.
