I tried for MONTHS to reach this business via email, phone, and ******** messaging. They are never reachable. Even showing up in person, the instructor would say there was nothing he could do to help. I cancelled my membership (via certified mail as laid out in the contract) yet they still continued to charge me! I disputed two charges on my card (which have not been refunded because even my bank can't get a hold of this merchant after 3 months now!!). Yet, this merchant is still charging me every month. I had to put a stop on my card and I am STILL getting decline notifications that this merchant is charging me every month. I have done ALL I can do in good faith to resolve this and my bank and I cannot get anyone from this business to contact either of us back. I'm at a loss and just cannot believe a business operates this way. I'm owed two months of membership ($99/mo) that were unjustly charged to my card before I put a stop on my card.Initial Complaint

**** was charging my wife for many months that she was not there. She called and left multiple voicemails to contact and cancel membership and received no message in return. I also emailed and contacted via Instagram business.I finally alerted chase to block this business and give me funds that I lost which chase did. The business could possibly charge me again though.The ILKB manager **** finally called me today, playing naive about the issue, sidetracking, and then throwing a temper tantrum when I explained that I reported her to BBB, saying you expect me to help you? Hello, my wife has been trying to get cancel her ilovekickboxing membership at Skokie ** location for many months now.She has left multiple voicemails at different times, dates, etc.I also have been trying to contact them all day.We have also contacted the manager through Instagram and other employees on their Instagram business pages.The manager is *******************, and another fellow employee I reached out to is ***************We are being charged $150 every month with no way of cancellation.Initial Complaint

I was contracted 3 months gym membership for a total tuition payment of $514. Their contract instructs individuals to cancel their subscription 30 days in advanced. I cancelled my subscription at the end of the 2nd month and paid the last installment for the $514 tuition. I received a notification that the business tried to withdraw from my account another installment of $165 and i contacted the business via email, social media, and phone (for weeks the phone was out of service). I could not go in person due to their limited hours of operations. Their phone number started working this yesterday, July 25th, and I left a message and still not communication. They have made SEVEN attempts to withdraw from my account as of July 21st. I've requested confirmation of subscription cancellation and they have not been able to communicate with me. They do not honor their cancellation policy and fortunately, I have banned their business from successfully withdrawing from my account through my bank.Initial Complaint

I went to my training session which starts at 5:00pm but I went there at 5:13pm because I did not know it starts at 5:00pm. (They use a link to share the hours of the session and on the link it showed the session 5:15pm and on the email it said 5:00pm which is why I was confused) . However, when I got there, the coach told me that I am late and I cannot join the session. I told the coach that I still have 2 more minute but the coach said no its late and get out of here. I said why should I get out Im not even late the coach called the manager and the manager said get the f*** out I said listen and she said I dont wanna listen, you are always causing problem and if youre not getting out Ill cal the cops and then I called the cops. The cops came there and she was even rude to the cops. She are everything very racial and she said that this is not your country Habibti and she started saying some Arabic words which I didnt understand but I was terrified. She has no respect to people and their customers. **************** is SO bad. I want a refund and I believe the business is very toxic to people and it must end.
