Do not use this company to move, they are a broker used by All ******** moving, they lie tell you they will arrive in 3-4 days and my shipment is just sitting in the warehouse hasn't moved. I was charged extra too. They are awful, and are taking there time delivery my thinks. I've never experienced such mayhem, they are rude and don't care, about you having to work. I'm pregnant, single mom work from home, im missing with with no pay because they won't be here like they said. When I called the dispatcher they pretty much said tough s*** I told then this should be against the law to lie to ppl to get there business. Be very careful before you go with all American who sends you to premier, they change the fees are take their time moving your things it been 10 days still haven't received anything. I could get fired from my job. The moving guy told me, why would I put my work from home office in the truck which I thought was in appropriate.

Premier Relocation doesn't deserve one star. When I hired who I thought was a mover but was a broker,, National ******************, I was first quoted an estimate of approximately $3500.00. As we got closer to the move, I updated my list and was quoted $10,000. I felt this was too high, so I sold much of my larger furniture to lower the price. After the truck was loaded (leaving 20 percent of my property behind) he jacked up the price to about $14,000. The actual movers, "All Movers." came at 2 p.m. instead of 9 a.m.,, smoked marijuana in my house and had a pizza party, causing them to be working until midnight. Then, they said they were tired and were leaving. They left me stranded with ********************************** the house. The new owners charged me $600 to trash my property and would not allow me back in to get it. On the date of promised delivery 8/8/28/21, they held my property hostage until I paid them about $9,000 in cash or money order only. I convinced the ******* owner to accept a check and he said he would give me my property after the check cleared. Through this entire time, I was never given any paperwork. I found that they used information from my down payment of $900 to process a $3,000.00 ach withdrawal from my bank without my permission. I filed a complaint with the Bank, they investigated and found that it was indeed fraudulently withdrawn and they returned my $3000. Now, the company called me to say they "will *** me for three times as much if I didn't send them the $3,000." The broker, National ****************** seems to go by three aliases, Premier Relocation Services and All Movers. The owner of the company is *******, and I believe he is operating from ******, hiring these specific movers to work along with his scam. One mover told me he is flown in from DC to work.
