In July, I left a single diamond earring with Fabritzio to sell in my behalf as I had misplaced one of my diamond earrings. Months had passed and I heard nothing. Fabritzio then phoned me asking me for the *** certificate so he could sell it for $150. After repeated attempts to collect the $6,100 he owes me for the sale of the earring he refuses to pay me. I have a receipt proving he promised to pay me in three installments within a three month period, He repeatedly asks for my home address when he already has it on file as weve conducted business last year when I purchased a pair of diamond earrings. He tells me to go get the check but no arrangements are ever made and I am afraid of him as he and I have exchanged emails and out if anger I used graphic language. No threats were ever made. He refuses to pay me after repeated attempts including a letter from an attorney. I ask you to please tell him to mail my check immediately or Ill pay for him to wire the funds directly to my bank. I dont want to deal with this individual as I feel threatened. He dodges my phone calls and knows its me calling him so he wont answer the call.
