I visited Tsukasa on Sunday May 19th 2024 around 6:30pm. We ate The Bear sushi roll * had friend rice and chicken* left about 7:30. Upon arriving home I felt uneasy. Around midnight I woke up vomiting* continuously sick until about 3pm the following day. I visited my primary care doctor * telling me I had food poisoning and once all was out of my system I would be fine. My boyfriend had the same symptoms however never saw a doctor as he wasnt feeling as dehydrated as I was.Business response

Dear Customer Representative,
Thank you for reaching out. I am truly sorry for what happened to our customer. The customer was dining at our Teppan table ,where chef cooks in front of them. Typically this is a communal table, as shown in the attached image, with six other people seated with them, some of them having the same dishes. on that day, we served over 400 people, and no one else complained about the food or experienced food poisoning . I feel really bad for them, but I don't believe our food caused it. Food safety is our priority, and we have reported the the ***************** to ensure our food is Safe.
