All Pro Air Duct Cleaning entered my condo unit without my permission. They claimed it was authorized by the management company who did not have my permission to do any billable work in my unit. All Pro Air Duct Cleaning subsequently charged the management company for doing work that I did not authorize. Spoke to ****** at the company who was unwilling to rectify the situation.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because the business nor the management company did not have my consent. Entry into my unit was criminal trespassing and then billing me for the unwanted service after the fact was ridiculous. Not sure how they can run such an unethical business and prey on innocent homeowners.

As stated on my previous response we were hired by the buildings management company to provide Dryer Vent Cleaning Services for the entire building. Notifications were emailed to each individual resident advising them when our crews were performing the service (Please reference previous letter management sent). Residents were given the option to opt out if they didnt want this service in their unit. It is not our fault Mr. **** didnt opt out of the service. Since he didnt opt out of the service, maintenance let our technicians in to perform the Dryer Vent Cleaning of ************** unit. So there was no criminal trespassing, management let our technicians perform their job as stated on notifications that were sent to each individual resident.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because the building property manager did not have my permission to enter my unit. The building does not own the unit as these are privately owned condominium units.
