An order was placed with First Line Benefits on 12/23/22. The order number is ********. The order was never received. Most of the order was part of a benefit from my health insurance and a small part was placed on my credit card. (Credit card statement attached).First Line has flat out lied to me about this on two occasions when I tried to address the issue. First, they said the address I provided was a bad address. I have had orders delivered to this address from First Line on numerous occasions with no problem. When I confronted them via email, they admitted they lied but said they still wouldn't fulfill the order due to a 30-day policy. (This 30-day policy has no legal bases in ******** or Federal Law and is, therefore, illegal).At this point it would appear that Firstline is attempting to steal from me and committee ******** Fraud. They need to fulfill the order without all kinds of excuses. I demand this order be fulfilled and an explanation of why they are trying to steal from seniors be provided. I am 82 years old.Business response

United *********** provides for $50 over the counter product credit. I placed a order for approximately $32 leaving a balance of $17 and some change.I tried to use the $17 credit I had left.I was not able to because it say that I must spend $30.I should be able to use all my credits without having to add my own money.There is no where on the site that let you know that you should spend you whole credit at once, so that you won't lose any remaining balance.Some people don't have the extra money to add to make purchase of at least $30 So that mean that First Line Benefits are not giving customers all the credit that they should get for the quarter, and simply loses any balance they have left.Hence perpetrating fraud to million of customers
