It seems like this is just a repeat of all the other problems listed. I purchased my first set of fitted clubs from the *********, ** location and cannot say a bad word about them. Since then, it has been downhill from there, I have since purchased two additional sets from the ************ location. First set could not hit took them back several times did nothing but adjust them and then was told the fitter for those clubs was fired because he did not know what he was doing. Got with store manager again doing nothing but adjusting lofts until he finally said we need to re-shaft that I had the wrong shafts in the clubs. No adjustment no refunds offered nothing so I paid to have them re-shafted still could not hit them. *** I am an was an 8 handicap never had these issues before. February 2024 went back to ************ location and told them I had gotten my knee replaced in October and was willing to do a full bag fitting and treat me like a new client. I spent over $5600.00 for PXG full bag clubs, again I could not hit them could not get them in the air etc. I have since found a fitter who has been fitting clubs for 44 years and after his review, he advised me that what they have done to me is a crime, first he said he has never built a set of clubs that cost more than $2200.00, second he said that the 6 iron had the loft of a 3 iron and the 7 iron had the loft of a 4 iron and the shafts were so flimsy he would not put a 85 year old woman with them. He has since worked on every iron in my bag, and I am finally hitting them good with lots of height in the ball flight. ***** are another story, lets just say bad and another waste of money. I have spent over $12,000.00 with this organization and referred over 7 people to their locations with deep regrets. All I can say is if you want to do business with them go to your front door and throw thousands of dollars out the door at least you will get the pleasure of watching them float away. I was fitted for irons on April 18, 2024 and my build sheet was submitted by the fitter on April 20, 2024. On June 10, 2024, I received all of my clubs, EXCEPT for the 5-iron. Since then, I have been given delivery dates of July 17, 2024, mid-August 2024, and most recently mid-September 2024. For each delay, Club Champion has blamed ********, the head manufacturer. I find it almost impossible to believe that ******** has not manufactured the head over the last 4 months. At this point, I have lost all confidence in Club Champion and have requested that they comp me the club...whenever it comes in.Review from Jarett B

Buyers beware. I have bought two clubs from Club Champion (Store location: ***********************************************************). The first was a putter, went fine and had no issues. The second was a driver, a Ping G430. My first issue is their "we build everything in house, to our specs" promise. This sounds great, until you find out that even when you pay for a stock shaft option, you are being charged more for the club. You are essentially paying full price for just the clubhead, and then paying for the shaft option on top of that. Of course, being commission based, they will up-sell you on the most expensive options. You end up paying significantly more for a club than you would have by ordering through a different store or direct through the manufacturer. Additionally, within a year, the crown of my G430 cracked. I brought it in to the store in February to submit a warranty claim. I was told I would hear back "in a few weeks". It is now July, and after multiple attempts to get answers from the staff at the location, I still have no resolution on the status of my warranty claim other than "they are still working on it". So, I am out $800+ dollars, using my old driver, and I don't even have an answer from them. I will never use Club Champion again. It is a scam, they have terrible customer service (at this point I just want the matter resolved), and the staff has been very rude each time I have inquired about it. I tell anyone who is looking to get fit to stay far away from Club Champion, specifically this location.Review from Elizabeth L

Paid over 2500 for 3 clubs. They put the wrong shafts on my driver and wood which were 43 and they put ************************************** have gotten on the new technology as I was playing with essentially an iron length shaft. Then when I told them this I've gotten the run around and the gm in that district, ***, said he'd look into and call the following day never called. When my husband called they said *** was off today and when they tried reaching him he said he was with his mommy and seemed to kind of recall the in person talk with my husband yesterday. Supposedly the fix needs to be approved by *** who cant keep his word. Its been well over 2 months and still I'm without the correct clubs I paid top money for. The third club, a 7 hybrid was to be made exactly like my previously purchased hybrids yet when it finally came in months after ordering THEY LOST IT AND COULDN'T FIND THE DELIVERY. THEN AFTER SEVERAL CALLS THEY SAID THEY FOUND IT AND WE COULD PICK UP YESTERDAY. ONLY TO RECEIVE ******** THE WRONG SHAFT & ABOUT AN INCH TOO SHORT. SO IM LOOKING AT MANY MANY MORE WEEKS TO GET THE ***** CORRECTED. SINCE *** RETIRED FROM CLUB CHAMPION THEY REPLACED HIM WITH master fitters who absolutely don't know what they're doing. This has caused me losses in many tournaments and team play as they totally destroyed the clubs I ordered. To all, don't waste your money going here Not only will you pay top dollar (more than $2500 for 3 clubs) but it will also take months to get it or more if they misplace the delivery and when you do get your clubs they'll likely be wrong and you'll go probably another month or two for them to put in a warranty claim and get the order right. Its the worst experience I've ever had for club fittings and delivery of correct clubs ordered. Had I known that this was what club champion has turned into post Kit retiring, I wouldn't have wasted my time or money. Its a joke. ******************* could do better. My story is the same as others here. Ordered then silence still waiting after 45 days. ************** store refuses to answer and is avoiding. Called the corporate office which was zero help. I have requested to cancel the order and I am filing a dispute with my CC company. Avoid at all cost. Ratings on social media sites such as Yelp are not real.Review from Steven P

The club fitting session was initially promising (Royal Oak), yet my experience took a disappointing turn afterward. I was enthusiastic about a complete custom set of clubs and a putter tailored to my specifications. However, the issues began at the end of the fitting when we reviewed the entire club build order, including shafts, grips, and other details, totaling a substantial $6,600.Upon checking out, I was informed that the receipt couldn't be printed and that I would receive it via email along with the build sheet. Despite multiple requests, neither the receipt nor the build sheet was sent to me. Additionally, the clubs, which were supposed to arrive within 2-3 weeks, took an extended 6 weeks to be ready, and only due to the intervention of a corporate support person expediting the process.The most frustrating part was discovering that the putter I had chosen wasn't included in the $6,600, despite being assured otherwise. They claimed it wasn't listed on the build sheet (which I never received), and demanded an additional $450 for the putter. This experience highlighted a significant lapse in customer service post-purchase. I took a vacation and drove an hour and a half one way to do a driver and iron fitting. Bought both and was a lot of money. The driver works and have no complaint. The irons are a flop. I used them for roughly two months seeing if I would get used to them. They just don't work. The club champion wants me to come up and do a refitting. I understand they want me to do a refitting but I feel I am not wasting a vacation and gas to drive an hour and a half to see if another fitting works. I have asked for a return of the irons and they refuse. Every place offers roughly a 90-day return policy but they claim they have a 90-day guarantee. Do not go here. Go to another fitter. January of 2022 I purchased a full bag fitting. Two wedges were in the order. I told the fitter I only wanted one five times. I filed a complaint at the home office and in one day the fitter is calling me to get my credit. Done but he wants me to apologize to him. What . Yes , very arrogant employee. When the clubs came the manager handed me the clubs and said goodbye. Great customer service. In 2023 I ordered a ************************* putter. Fitting was great. Great detail on the putter. I did not go back to *************** but down to ***************. After over a year of using the clubs the three and four hybrids I did not like. I love the five and seven fairway ***** and wanted to switch one of the hybrids to a nine fairway wood. The fitter refused stating the fitter in Westminster did a good job??When I picked up the putter the employee handed me the putter and said goodbye. If you use this company I suggest you get another fitting somewhere else to compare product and price.**********Review from jiangting l

The same happen to me. I will never recommend club champion any more. I fitted full set of clubs in the club champion of Manhattan. I should get my clubs within 10 business days. But I can not get a actual answer about when my club can be shipped after I wait 40 days. The customer services are very rude and poor. It looks this waiting should happen. And I should pay for my bad choice because I have already paid for the whole money and they reject to give refund.Review from Jacob W

It was never disclosed that the discounted cost of my fitting was tied to buying a piece of equipment. I wasnt notified until the fitting began. I was also scheduled for a full-bag fitting but due to the machine malfunctioning, I wasnt able to get fit for a driver which was my main motivation for booking. The fitter discounted the cost for that reason, still much more expensive then I was told. When I called customer service to resolve the issue, I was told that Im lucky I wasnt charged more. Insinuating that he should have charged me for a portion of the fitting which he didnt complete. I will make sure nobody that I know ever spends a cent at this scam of a business.
