JUNE 16 2023 I PAID THIS PERSON 200 JUNE 17 HE CALLED ME AND SAID HE NEW THE ISSUE AND PAY A OTHER 200 AND IN OCTORBER ONCE THE ******* WAS DONE I WENT TO GET IT PAID A OTHER 400 TO BRING IT HOME AND HE DIDNT WORK THE FOLLOWING DAY WHICH I HAVE CONTACTED HIM AND HE DOESNT REPONSE AND WHEN HE DOES HE SAY BRING IT BACK AND WHEN I ASK HIM THE **** OR DAY HE GIVES ME THE CIRCLE, ALSO I ASK HIM FOR ALL ORINAL PARKS THAT HE CLAIM WASNT GOOD AND HE HAVENT EVEN GIVEN ME THAT WHICH I FEEL IT TOOK MY PARTS THAT WHERE GOOD TO FIX SOMEONE ELSES STUFF CAUSE MAUBE MY 4 ******* DIDNT EVEN NEED HALF THE STUFF , EVEN WITH ALL THAT HE HASNT FIX IT WERE IT RUNABLE IT LIKE THE FIRST DAY I DROP IT OFFBusiness response

At 244 Customs, quality & customer service are our top priorities. When the vehicle left our facility on October 12 it started on first kick, was running well and the owner was informed that he would need new carburetors (carburetors on vehicle were from amazon not OEM ) in the near future to eliminate any further issues from occurring. The following day the client reached out claiming to be experiencing an issue with their Banshee not starting. We immediately offered to let him bring his vehicle back in so we could inspect it and fix said issue. Unfortunately after continuous communication and multiple set dates to bring the banshee back in (October 19, October 20, November 6) , the client failed to show up on any of them, became aggressive & made a complaint rather than allowing us the opportunity to fix the issue. While we regret their decision we remain committed to providing world class customer service and are open to discussing this matter further.
