On Oct 09,2023 We ordered Food from Emperor's Kitchen and paid *****, When my wife got home and served we found a hair at the bottom of the container and call to which the owner stated the they have a no refund policy but its not on the flyer. They offered to replace the food but we could not ever eat from there again. I took everything back and tried again called the police and told him I will report him to the health department we do not want replacement and he said that I was threatning him and he will not refund my money to do what I have to do. We have the receipt and did not throw the food away looking for another way to resolve this issue.Business response

This is ***************** the manager of Emperors Kitchen. The customer came in and ask for refund for whole order after claiming that there was hair present in one of item. They told me to refund the whole order immediately or he will call the police and have me arrested on the spot. I told them first we will not comply with a threat and we demand to see the hair they claimed in the item. The gentleman and lady became hesitant and said they dont want to make a mess on our cashiers counter. When I took a bowl from kitchen and asked him again to show the hair, they told me that they want to wait until the police are here. When the police arrived I told the officer first of all I wasnt showed any item with any hair. Secondly, I offered food replacement and customer insisted for refund for WHOLE order. Thirdly, according to law the store are obligated to offere refund OR food replacement OR coupon. That I am not legally required to offer refund not to say for the whole order. After the officer talked to them, they just left and failed to show any evidence to neither police officer nor us. I see the attachment only allow 8mb. I will be sending the camera footage of the incident to your email.
