Ive had a vision of my dream home since I was 14 years old. I finally found the property to build it on and saved the money to build it. The only thing I needed to get started was the builder. After a few months of researching, I found GuyCo Homes & Remodeling and met with *** *** the owner. GuyCo helped us with our house prints and every detail we needed to build our custom home. We used the Cost-Plus plan to build our house, and it worked well since my wife and I kept making changes. *** built two other houses previously using local cookie-cutter homebuilders and the GuyCo process was way more detailed, and the finished product was much better quality. We got our dream home and plan on enjoying it for many years to come. I wouldnt use anyone other than GuyCo Homes & Remodeling for any building or remodeling projects in the future. Thank you GuyCo.

************* and his company are outstanding. He came to consult for placement of grab bars around toilets and in the shower for my Dad with dementia and mobility problems. He is meticulous and very thorough. Prices are definitely reasonable. In addition he was very personable and compassionate. The Guy Corporation exceeded expectations with master bath ********** for my parents. The quality of detail work was exceptional and the time and concern for safety / ADA ********** issues for my elderly parents was amazing.
