I was sold a ******* package and was told it covered things that it didn't! I've been calling for two weeks and nobody returns calls! I have left several messages, sticky notes on finance desk multiple times and I finally got a desk manager today and no resolution. I was sold some bs and I want my money back. For future customers the interior of the car is not treated only the seats and under the mats!Review from Rose M

Do not shop for a car at Andy Mohr kia! I bought a 2020 Kia ****** last year, with my dad as a cosigner. They wrecked it when I brought it in for repairs in December. I was told it was "significantly damged," and that the techs foot slipped off the brake and hit a toolbox. When my dad went to check it out, the whole front end was destroyed. Insurance claimed it as a total loss. *** was extremely unhelpful, rude, and showed no customer service when we spoke to him. However, I was told if I return he would put me in a vehicle. Now I no longer had someone to cosign, so I was understanding that I may need to downgrade from what I had. After checking my credit, I was told I could work with the high teens, low 20's range. I looked at a couple cars, and picked one out. All of a sudden, I'm told they can't help me. Without a cosigner, downpayment, or trade-in, there was nothing they could do. I reminded them that I DID have a $4,000 down payment when I bought my ******, that I no longer had because of THEM. I was given no apologies, just that there was nothing they could do. They had given me a loaner car, so I asked to keep it for another week while I figure something out. I was told I could have it 2 more days. Thankfully, i was able to take someone elses car. However, if it weren't for that, I would be completely screwed and without a vehicle. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE.Review from Sarah S

Absolutely dismal experience from end to end. My car broke down, they were the nearest Kia *********** so that's where I went. My car was there for over a week and a half before they even looked at it. I was asked to provide a service history, and I did the same day, and I waited days for a response. My service provider was apparently fired halfway through this process, and no one told me until I called several days later asking for an update. I was never contacted proactively about issues, I always had to call them and wait on hold for upwards of an hour. Once I finally got the answer that my car was totaled, I decided to buy a new car and that experience was also miserable. I had several weeks to research by this point and I knew exactly what I wanted. The salesperson I was stuck with, *****, was condescending and lied to me from day one. I would have bought my car literally anywhere else if they could match the measly $1000 trade in value ***** was offering. On signing, I was not informed of several papers that I needed to complete it, leading that to take hours longer than necessary. And even now, weeks after signing, turns out that the title to my new car is LOST and no one thought to tell me about this little issue. Abysmal, unprofessional, and I will never go again.Review from Joy B

Don't trust them! ******** notified me about anti-theft software upgrade that can be installed on *** ***** to prevent theft. Took my car in to have software upgrade installed. Service Rep comes out and states that there is an outstanding recall for my car re: brake linings. Informed her that I didn't receive a recall notice from *** for that issue. If a recall was issued, wondered why *** wouldn't have notified me. It made me suspicious. So, I checked 3 different websites looking for recall info on my vehicle. I checked the **** of ************** website, *** owners website, and one other site. BOTTOM LINE...there are no outstanding recalls for my vehicle. I called *** ******** assistance to get info directly from the source also. They verified that there are no outstanding recalls for my car. During my visit, I I texted the rep and told her that mechanics were not to touch my brakes -- period. And, if car doesn't operate as it did before I took it in, I'll know they tampered with it. At end of visit rep stated they needed to order parts for the brakes and that the repair WOULD TAKE ALL DAY. They would call to schedule a visit when the parts came in. I have no intention of ever taking my car there again!! Andy Mohr Kia was trying to pull a fast one. Trying to defraud me. If I let them touch my brakes, the initial repair would be free, as it's supposedly a recall fix. They would then start tampering with my car, and it would be a never ending saga of one bogus problem and repair after another, until they felt they had drained me of enough money. I had a similar issue with *************************************** on **********...just going in for oil changes, but ended up having one problem after another, until I figured out they were tampering with my car. Stopped going there, and the problems stopped too. Other than normal stuff, new tires and new battery every now and then, no major issues with my car. Seems *** dealersahips are running a racket to defraud their ********s.Review from Christina T

Been to many dealerships and never have I seen as much unprofessionalism under one roof. For starters, dont EVER give them your keys because once you do, theyve got you trapped. Not only that, they had another (cake in after us) battling for the same vehicle we were wanting to purchase. Even the salesperson representing us and one for her were tag teaming to see who can get the better deal. I had already filled out the credit application online and given them every information they needed but yet in person, they wanted my pay stubs and kept asking me the same dang questions I had already answered in the application. BTWI want all that information shredded!!! ****** was very pleasant but the finance guy was a complete a**** and disrespectful. Granted my husband caught him trying to scam me and called him out on it. When he had asked for the keys to our vehicle as we were taking our money elsewhere, he claimed to not have it. All the other employees kept looking at each other with dumb looks on their faces because no one had or knew where our keys were. Nobody would give us our keys until my husband threatened to call the police as they were refusing to give us our property back. Nothing was signed but yet ***** screamed at us where everyone in the sales floor could hear and see how he was acting like a maniac. Wow!! Ive never encountered such attitude. We found another dealership that had the 2023 Sportage we wanted and found out, everything I was told at this dealership was a flat out LIE. My credit score was no where near what they told me but used the lowest one they could find on me to get me a higher interest rate. Unbelievable. I personally contacted ******* and Experian to get the correct numbersguess what? The 2nd place we went to, used the correct score and got us in a 2023 Sportage X-line with a single digit interest rate. Stay away from all of ******************* dealerships. Warning for all Buyers Beware and do not sign anything.Review from Clyde S

I bought a used Kia ******* wasnt exactly what I wanted but was ok needing a car. Was at the dealership to buy a key fob I saw a car that was more to my liking. Since it was only 30 days since my purchase I was hoping to make a deal. Instead of working to make a customer happy about buying from them, they offered me 3k less than I had payed cash for 30 days prior. Business is business, but come on. I wont buy another car there, it just sat wrong with me. Could of worked something out, I would have thought. Thanks ***Review from Brian W

Worst dealership in ************. I made an appointment to test drive a new car. When I got there, they sold it out from under me. I agreed on a car coming in 2 weeks. I put ******* money down on it with an agreed price. I have a copy of the window sticker and been checking on it for 2 weeks as it was coming in. I got a call saying it was here and then called saying there was a problem. They sold that as well. Now I don't have a car and dealership said I can wait and pay more when the new models come in. This is unethical business practice and would avoid this dealer at all costs.Review from Cliff F

The dealership didn't disclose the price of the vehicle until I was halfway through the finance paperwork. They added $3,500 to the sticker price without telling me. When I brought it up, the salesman insisted we had discussed it. When I indicated I wasn't interested at that price, they said my deposit was not refundable and pressured me into buying. I emailed the ** afterwards and he assured me that I should've known the price before they took the deposit. He indicated they would talk to the sales report but did not offer to correct the situation for me.
