Company is responsible for instate right on way mowing for ****, personal vehicle was damaged by mowing crews on 05/21/24, company was contact by phone and e mail. spoke to co-owner Tom Linkel on 06/10/24, gave him my information. No response. Phone number is no longer in service.Business response

Linkel Company, LLC received his information regarding his claim via a phone call and email. The first e-mail was received and responded to on June 14th. We informed the claimant that the insurance was submitted to our insurance and they would begin the investigation of the claim. After receiving a 2nd email, Linkel Company, LLC responded within 15 minutes - copying our first e-mail and explaining that a claim was filed. We gave the claimant the claim number and the adjustors contact information. The claimant responded with a 3rd email stating he did not see the first email and thanked me for the information.
Furthermore, Unrelated to the claim - but unfortunate timing - there was an issue with our phone service at the time, the phone company has been out to our business since and repaired a damaged fuse/box.

We were driving on Indiana 74 at the 122-mile marker on May 20, 2024, when a mower from the Linkel Co was in the middle of the road cutting the grass. The machine threw a rock up that hit our windshield. We were not injured, but our windshield was damaged and had to be replaced when we got to Ohio for $405.64. we made a police report out. The officer tried to talk to the mowing crew but due to the language barrier they did not understand him. I would like to be reimbursed for my windshield. I've left a message with their voicemail, but no one has called me back. I even sent a message on ******** with a man named Tom Linkel. I believe he is the owner of the company. Now their phone number is not in service. Can you help me in any way get my money back?Business response

Thank you for the follow-up. We received the voicemail regarding this claim. It has been submitted to our insurance and they began investigating the claim last week. The claim number is ********. Our Insurance Carrier will be reaching out to you once a claim determination is made. You can follow-up with the adjuster at ###-###-####.
