Price Electric solved a problem at our house by replacing a breaker. I was so grateful, as it was the one controlling our fridge. I was so worried, especially because my husband is ill. They were informative, great to work with, and even stopped to wish my husband well as they were leaving. Five stars isnt enough for their time at our house!

Great job. ************************* converted the fluorescent lights to LED lights in two buildings. He got the estimate done quickly. He started the job in a short time after signing the contract. He completed the job expeditiously. He was very neat and cleaned up any mess he might have made. The involved areas looked as good or better than before he started. A ************** was discussed and discovered to be advisable and was arranged for and completed well also.I would recommend **************** and Price Electric, **** and would work with them in the future.Price Electric Inc. I tried to get a quote from this company to rewire my home and had someone come to look at my home. He spent maybe 10 minutes looking at various wires all while complaining that it was going to be a lot of work and how expensive it would be. He left and said it would be several days before I would hear what the quote was. I never received a call, so I called the company and was told they are just not going to do it because they only mostly want to do commercial work. They advertise as rewiring residential homes, FALSELY if that is true. They have completely wasted their time(which was not significant) as well as my time by making me wait 2 weeks to even come to my home. Horrible customer service as well as professionalismPrice Electric Inc. Response

******, we are sorry that the situation did not go as you had hoped. We sent an employee to do a walk thru of your residence to obtain the scope of work that needed to be completed on Tuesday. At the meeting,you stated that you had several quotes already in hand and were asking if we offered payment plans, which we do not. Our employee was not complaining about the project as you described, but merely explaining the realm of your project to you.You then contacted our office on Thursday to find out where the quote was and were told, due to the distance to your residence and our present work load that we would not be issuing a quote because it would not be fair to either party based on the time parameters you had requested. We attempted to be as professional as possible during and impossible conversation. We feel that you judged us unfairly and are apologetic that you feel that we wasted your time.Review from Melissa A.
