Had them send a repair man to my house when it was solely my girlfriend that was home and they charged her$138 and did no work at all. They completely took advantage of her being a woman and basically stole our money. My homes AC unit is still in the exact same shape it was in. And the temperature in my home has not changed.

A review of this service call states that we arrived on 6/17/24 to find a condensing unit not cooling. It appears our technician checked the system over and found excessive outdoor air coming in at the furnace and reduced that at the damper. He also cleaned the outdoor condenser coil and checked charge. The unit was cooling when we left. The invoice attached shows two signature areas from the customer. One signature acknowledges the price quoted for the repairs and authorizes us to proceed, and the second signature shows that the work has been performed to the customers satisfaction. We have signatures by the resident in both locations. The customer called back that same day saying the unit was still not cooling, and we asked the customer to give a bit more time to cool back down because of the heat that had built up inside the home. Our service manager told the customer that if after a few hours or by the next day if the unit still was not cooling, we would send a tech back out free of charge under warranty to inspect the unit. The customer never called back.
