The cusotmer service and communication were lacking. There were a lot of delays in correcting my quote and getting the work done. It was often hard to get answers about scheduling and the work that I was wanting to be done, and people would say they'd call back but didn't. Thank You RCV Roofing for an excellent job of correcting the ventilation problem in my attic. The house is much cooler now even on really hot days, and the repair is saving considerable money in cooling costs. Interesting to note that 2 other contractors had been here and walked away without giving a quote for what RCV did in less than a day.RCV Roofing, Siding & Gutters Response

RCV was very easy to work with from the beginning to the end. I needed a roof replaced and siding repaired. They handled the whole process very professionally. They communicated regularly throughout the process and the price was reasonable. They were prompt and appeared as scheduled. Due to a small problem on our roof, we contacted RCV Roofing to have it checked. They came the following day and solved the issue. Then we asked for an estimate to redo the roof entirely and not only pricewise they are competitive, but they are extremely professional, efficient, on time, and courteous. We were impressed by the quality of their service and their responsiveness and professionalism. They took care of every aspect of our roof, replaced a damaged gutter, and realigned another. The kind of service you would dream of becomes true with RCV Roofing, Siding, and Gutters. We give them our strongest recommendation!!
