Purchased a brand new 2022 SMC Laramine 4 horse trailer 07/2021. 10/2021 the roof started leaking in multiple ********** contacted SMC Trailers. 02/28/2022 SMC picked up the trailer to take it back to Indiana for repairs. 03/15/2022 it was delivered back to me. 03/16/2022 the refrigerator did not work on electric. I contacted SMC who sent a mobile repair man. The fridge was crammed back into it's spot, damaged, etc., but he got it working. 03/18/2022 the furnace was making loud noises and the front door to the living quarters had to be slammed to close. SMC again sent a mobile repair man. He ordered a part for the furnace but said the door had to be fixed by the manufacturer since it was a structural issue. We believe the entire passenger side wall of the horse trailer is tilted / crooked. This trailer continues to have issues and I have requested a replacement or refund. As of right now, I have not heard back from my latest phone call/email to SMC Trailers. I have video's of the roof leaking and the loud noise from the furnace.Business response

Please accept our sincere apology for any frustration or inconvenience you may have experienced. Rest assured SMC stands ready, willing, and able to honor our published limited warranty to the fullest extent.
R* *****, the mobile repair service, currently has a part on order to correct the fan noise from the furnace. The remaining concerns reported will be addressed at ******* Trailers in ***************, ******, during the appointment April 12th, 2022. As a goodwill gesture, with no obligation to do so, SMC Trailers has agreed to reimburse for fuel receipts while traveling to and from the appointment. Please forward the receipts after completion of repairs. We are confident by working together we can resolve all of your remaining concerns.
