I have been dealing with Simple Quarters,LLC since 11 years+ and the team is just amazing!! The Owner ***** deals so fairly and efficiently with everyone that no words to express his sincerity. I haven't had to remind them for anything and all transactions have been in timely and professional manner. A lot to learn from them. ******* and the team at Simple Quarters are friendly, easy to work with, and go above and beyond expectations. The deal we worked out included a contract where Simple Quarters would assume my current mortgage payments. I'm over a year in, and every payment has been posted early. I recently purchased a new home, and I was a little concerned about how my approval would be effected by the old mortgage being in my name, although being paid by Simple Quarters. In a matter of minutes, I was able to obtain an electronic copy of all of my closing papers, which was more than enough information to prevent my new mortgage company from including that cost into my Debt To Income ratio.Bottom line: ************ does what they say they will do! I had a good experience with the company. Everyone was pleasant. I had something come up but I was still able to smoothly sell my house and they rented it back to me for a couple months with no issues. I would and have recommended them to family and friends.Review from Karen C
