Please never buy anything from this place. They bait and switch the price on you. They hid all the additional fees and are very rude. They order a golf cart for us and when we went into to pay for it they had already sold it to someone else. Their explanation for it was they were paying more than we were and paying cash for it. Now we have to explain to our family that we are not getting the cart we wanted. What business does that? They are shady in every way and I would afford them if possible. They are only looking to market lower prices than everyone else to get you in the door and then raise the price so they make the most off it. They go back on their word and get offensive when you ask questions about the process. They do not listen to the customer and only looking out for their interests. Do not buy from this place.

We are a small business, we bend over backwards to make every person happy with their visit and/or purchase. While you did not purchase anything from us, we were, up until we met you, 100% successful in this quest. Let's take a look at the messages you sent to us to see how we arrived here. You inquired about 2 different model golf carts, each had their respective photographs and prices listed online. Despite this, you became upset when we would not sell you the higher end model for the lower model price. Despite the photos and different prices, you later claimed you didn’t know the difference in the 2 models nor did you ask us for clarification on the price difference. In good faith we ultimately agreed to sell you the higher end model at a drastically reduced price. Before a deposit was received the cart was sold to someone else. In full transparency, we are guilty of not calling you to make a deposit before the cart was sold to someone else. Nevertheless, we had the exact cart you wanted with 40 miles on it, full warranty, showroom condition and an upgraded battery which would have increased the price of the cart an additional $800 and you still declined to purchase it at the discounted price. We had the same model in stock but in a different color. We called every dealer in the tri-state area trying to find exactly what you wanted. We offered you a free rental for an upcoming event you were concerned about but you were appalled that we would not deliver and pick it up for free, which was a 4 hour process . We did everything we possibly could for you. Because you were so visibly upset we suggested 3 times that you seek another dealer for this purchase. When you cussed out my wife and vowed to, in your own words, try and shut down our business by telling everyone how awful we are, we knew it was impossible to make you happy. We truly hope you find the cart and dealer that satisfies all your needs.
