I purchased an Edgestar beverage cooler (model and serial #s provided in image) on 7/12/22 from Groveland Wholesale via ***** Evidence of purchase included in image. When my home remodel was complete, I plugged it in only to find it does not work. It does not cool. I contacted **** at Groveland Wholesale 11/11/22 who said it wasn't his problem and that I should contact ********, the manufacturer. Edgestar informed me that Groveland Wholesale sold me a 2019 model that had probably been sitting in a warehouse somewhere for three years and it was well out of warranty. I called Groveland Wholesale back and **** would not take my call nor would his phone allow me to leave a message. I called him again one week later on 11/18/22 and he told me the beverage cooler's failure to work was not his problem-this time he said to contact **** and he hung on up me. I called back and he again would not pick up the phone nor is there a way for me to leave a message. ******** thinks he probably sold me this unit knowing it was faulty. In looking a several reviews online, it appears Groveland Wholesale has done the exact same thing to other consumers. How can a business like this operate in your state? Consumers are being ripped off by Groveland Wholesale.I would be glad to pay the cost to ship it back to Groveland Wholesale if he would refund me my money.
