On 12/19/2023 8:24pm, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo and paid, received my sweet tea but was told they were waiting on my french fries and asked me to pull up to the sidewalk and they would bring it out. As I waited; 3 other vehicles came around the Drive-Thru, ordered, paid, and received their food. After 15 minutes of waiting I put my car in reverse back to the window and asked where was my food. The guy at the window asked the cook and he said they forgot about my order. He then said it would be a few more minutes, I received my order at 8:45pm and was late to work. As I drove away and started to take a drink of my tea I realized it was just sugar water. I turned on my dome light and it was almost clear liquid. They should have seen that before handing it to me. I filed a complaint on Wendy's website but surprisingly never heard back. Not only was I let down at the Drive-Thru but the company in general doesn't care about their customers to respond to a complaint.
