On 06/22/2023, we ordered two replacement springs for our RV from Irvine Shade & Door Co. They processed our credit card purchase, and we have yet to receive our order. After many phone calls and e-mails, theres been no response from the company. Our goal is to get a refund or the parts.Customer response

We want to update our complaint. Complaint is resolved and complaint can be retracted. We have been in contact with Irvine Shade & ************* they have refunded our money. ****** from their office stated they were on the annual shut down and that was why we were unable to get in contact with them. She also stated they had forgotten to put our mailing address on the package and it was returned to them. On 26 June 2023 they had corrected shipping information and package was resent and we should have received it, I was to let them know if we had received the the package yesterday 11 July 2023. I spoke with her again this morning and let her know if the packaged had arrived and I let her know we had not received it. She stated she had refunded our money and gave us an alternate source to get the parts we need.

Hello and thanks for your help. On 4/4/23 We ordered Roller Shade blinds (4) for our camper from Irvine Shade and ********* We paid in full $719.71. But, Before doing so, I specifically asked how long it would take to receive our order. I was told (and wrote down) that the lead time was 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks I called, and the rep selling the blinds told me. now the lead time was 3-4 weeks. after 4 weeks I called again and was told my order was in Cue. but no one knows where my order is. after 5 weeks, I asked for a refund and was told they do not do refunds. At this point we just want to move on and get our money back. Even if they get the order done today it will be 6 weeks from the date we ordered till we receive the blinds. We have already missed our first camping trip do to this delay and don't want to miss anymore.thanks for your help respectfully ***********************Customer response

Hello BBB of Northern *******.
We are pleased to inform you that our claim with Irvine Shade & Door has been resolved. Indeed, the problem was never this excellent company in the first place. The company VP, *************, called me personally and informed me that the vender in ********** had never even placed our order for some time. Furthermore, ************** was very gracious and kind, and we had a nice conversation. ************* had our order immediately placed in que for that day and its on its way. Irvine Shade and Door is an excellent company thats been providing outstanding customer service for 37 years. We too, are now life long customers. I always do my research before making big purchases, and Irvine Shade and Door make some of the Best products in the business. We want them to succeed and continue doing so.
