Great experience with the representative she was professional and fast to process my file. I needed some money right away for an emergency otherwise I wouldn’t never got the loan because the interests are way too high. My service with One Main was awesome as always. I have dealt with One Main for many years and each time although this time due to adversity from Hurricane Milton, the service was excellent once we were able to establish communication due to flooding of my regular office. Very bad service, the representative or so-called specialist handled my application process poorly. Rachel was very rude, confused and uninformative on the loan process. They have no customer service experience. I had to call back twice in two days to get an answer only to get a half baked excuse with no explanation on an unapproved loan. Avoid doing business here. They take your information and share it with other companies and don’t inform you if you’re approved not. Playing games with you mind on how your pre-approved for loans?!?! One main is a bad joke. Reporting you to BBB and FTC. Avoid One main financial all branches!OneMain Financial Group, LLC Response
