I purchased a $25 bottle of CBD last Friday, on 7/21, called, brand name, Just CBD. When I arrived home, I noticed that the bottle had already been opened. I went into the shop today, July 24th at 2:00 to let the owner know. The owner opened the bottle with ease, because there was no seal. He actually dug the seal out of the lid, and said, there's the seal. I said, exactly, it's stuck up inside of the lid, meaning that it was already opened when I paid for it. The owner seems very untrustworthy, and if you look into his eyes, you will see the same thing. I should not have ignored my intuition. I would like to get my $25 back, and I'm reporting him to the health department as well.Business response

Well first I would like to say/ state for the record. We do NOT sale any used products in our stores. To insinuate that we do is absurd. Furthermore, we have it posted in multiple locations throughout the store that all sales are final. This specific customer has been to this location at least a half dozen times. So, implying that we are untrustworthy seems a bit farfetched and spiteful since he has visited before without any problems. The customer brought the product back to us here at the store and said that it had already been opened. I then asked for the product to inspect. When I did inspect, I found that the dipper part of the bottle was stuck against the seal. I then held the product and broke the seal in front of him. You could hear the sound of the seal breaking just like when you open a bottle of water. So, his story is a bit off. I was nice and I informed the customer that unfortunately there was nothing I could do. He then got upset waived a wad of cash to me saying that he's not worried about 25.00 dollars and would spend his money elsewhere. Again, for the customer to say, " I should not have ignored my intuition". What about all his previous visits? Everything was fine then, right? I will be attaching video recording of his visit along with all previous visits.
