I hate leaving bad reviews and make all attempts to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately, Azure Skin & Wellness Center has not left me many options. My family gave me a gift card to the center so I went through their website on Friday to request an appointment as the website directs. Once you have requested an appointment, their website tells you someone will be in contact with you to confirm. After not hearing from anyone by end of day Monday (they appear to be closed on the weekend), I called the office and left a voicemail asking for a return call. I made a second attempt to call on Tuesday during business hours and after again not hearing from them, I texted the number provided on the answering machine (they tell you you can text) and several days later still no response. I even went by the office in person and although I could hear someone in a room receiving some kind of service, there was no one at the front desk or anywhere else in the building. At this point, I am not interested in becoming a client here, rather am frustrated that my family member wasted $200.00 on a gift card.
