On December 17, 2022 I was at ********* Mall Christmas shopping. My daughter stopped at one of the kiosk that are in the middle of the mall. The guy did his demonstration on her hair. She liked what he did, so I offered to buy it for her for Christmas. The guy said if we were not satisfied then we could return it, he said this quite a few times. I paid for it and he put my receipt in the bag with the item along with a warranty slip. Once my daughter tried it, she said her hair did not do the same as he showed her. It made her hair frizzy and she also said the item looked different from the one he showed her.After my daughter told me this, I looked for the receipt and I found that the receipt said: No refunds exchange only within 14 days. On December 24, 2022, I went back to the mall to get the matter resolved and one kiosk was empty and the other kiosk was covered up. The amount was $139.36. I scanned the receipts for you. I am going to try to call and I saw a website to see if I can get this taken care of, but I wanted you to be aware. I went onto the website and ********************************, shows the receipt only. I looked up the number on yelp and it has no info at all, just the phone number ************.When I looked the company up, there didnt seem to be any information about them, just a phone number.
