I used to really enjoy their low carb bagels. That is until this week. I purchased two bags at my grocery store on 9/30/23. By 10/2/23, all of the bagels had mold spots. I did nothing different as far as where theyre kept or how I prepare them. Every single bagel had mold spots. Printed right on the bag it says quality guaranteed which is clearly a lie. I contacted the company about it and they offered to send me coupons for a product I no longer want, especially after learning theyre mad with bioengineered food ingredients. Yuck. **************** was nothing but useless and refused to send me a check for $14.38 (yes, they have the audacity to suggest stores charge $7.19 per bag of bagels) and instead opted to send me $40 in coupons for a products I told them I didnt want multiple times. They refused to do anything to rectify the situation and just said that sending a check in the mail just isnt possible which sounds like a load of garbage and a cop out.Now because Ive called them out and held them accountable, they have blocked me on social media pages and refuse to email me like they said they would. All this tells me is that their standards arent nearly as high their ego and they have no problem selling moldy products to customers with mold allergies.
