Water is always down with out telling the residents. Well water need to be softened, so install a water softener in all trailers, as well water has a lot of bad bacteria .Business response

I got a letter stating we had a complaint from a ****** **** regarding the water being shut off and the softener situation these complaints are inaccurate.
To start the water is not always down we have made some repairs to our water system and each time the water is off we post a letter at all mail boxes, office and informational areas with a 48 hour notice directed by the company that handles our water
Secondly we are not mandated to soften the water I already had this conversation with Mrs. **** and stated to her that if she had a issue with the water that she can install her own personal water softener in her trailer, giving she owns her trailer and it is not our responsibilityInitial Complaint

I have been a resident of country court estates for more than 20 yrs. There is a raw sewage issue with Lot 144. Empty lot next to Lot 143. This is the 5th time that this issue has happened in past 7rs. Management is not willing to address and I have contacted board of health at least 3 times in the past. That has been the only way too get resolved. My wife is at high risk to health hazards. In which might be due to this issue.Business response

This issue was address the same day I was notified and I also was contacted by board of health which ***************** also notified without contacted me the property manager first. I repaired the sewage issue using ************************ and the following day after the drainage the down Maintaince then cleared area of misc and poured lime down as well. Tenant seemed pleased and problem fully resolved.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
Not aware of any contact nor consent with property management in which I seemed satisfied. Would like one on one with management to sort out issues or differences. Maintenance was notified May 6 with picture and substance of the matter. Thanks
